Background: Votrlytics is the premier, integrated communications and public relations political agency arm of LunarX. Votrlytics delivers wins for progressive candidates, causes & issues by transforming ideas into captivating communications and user experiences that ignite tremendous reach. Votrlytics utilizes data, technology, digital and print communications & public relations campaigns.
Challenge: In July 2020 we were introduced by Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley to DSPolitical, one of the nation’s most successful Democratic Political consulting firms. They made us aware that there aren’t any Black-owned digital political consulting agencies and that they’d like to help us get into the Democratic campaign consulting industry. We also learned that entities like the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee are facing scrutiny because they aren’t providing digital, branding, printing or advertising contracts to any Black-owned firms.
Solution: Our team at LunarX decided as a team it’s time we try to capture the Democratic digital consulting space by using and leveraging all the service offerings we already have within our consulting arsenal to launch a digital political consulting branded division of our agency. We created a sub-team aligned with political campaign strategists, each of whom have extensive experience working in the political and social change sector. From local options and levies, to presidential campaigns, we have experience across the political spectrum. Our team has implemented strategies to build voter participation and expand the voter electorate. Our programming has trained hundreds of volunteers to register over 10,000 voters across the country. Some of Votrlytics services include but are not limited to digital marketing strategy, branding architecture, digital development, public relations strategy & data analysis.
